Fabulous Fudge

1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
fine sea salt
1½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, chopped


Just pour the sweetened condensed milk into a small saucepan, followed by the chocolate chips. Stir to coat the chocolate chips and cook over low heat until chips have melted and the substance looks like a thick, hot fudge. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to coat the walnuts. 

Line a square 9x9-inch pan with an oversized rectangular piece of aluminum foil. Allow about 4 inches of the foil to hang over both edges of the pan. Pour the fudge into the pan and smooth the top and edges.

Once the fudge is at room temperature, place it in the refridgerator for 3 hours. 

Use the foil as handles to remove the fudge from the pan. Cut into small squares and enjoy!


Fudge is shockingly simple to make and this is a marvelous recipe that is sure to please!
